Dachshund Cocoa Needs Your Help
I am a spunky little miniature red Dachshund. I think I am about 10 years old.
My 97 year old owner died of lung cancer recently and I was left all alone. Then I found out at the vet that I have a tumor too. I have a great foster mom who saved me from being put down, but now I need to raise some money so I can have the tumor on my throat removed and tested. I might even need radiation therapy. That sounds scary and expensive.
The vet told my foster mom that it could cost thousands of dollars for the whole process. The good news is that I have a good chance of beating this nasty cancer if I get treated quickly.
Could you please help and donate a few dollars to help my foster mom pay for the surgery? Every dollar will help. Please make a donation now by pressing the Paypal Donate button below.
I can’t wait to find a new forever home once I am finished with my treatment.
This video was taken during one of my visits to the vet
Thank you

Hi there,
I just added your sweet little Cocoa to my animal rescue website for more exposure, http://people4dogs.org/default.aspx. and I’m randomly tweeting for her as well. I’m an avid dachshund lover, grew up with them, raised one and now raising a rescue. Have you thought of adding a chip in site for donations? I’ve discovered that it seems to work better since people can see their donations adding upward. I guess its just a visual thing but I wanted to offer help.
Here’s the link for Cocoa on my site! http://people4dogs.org/BREAKINGNEWSYELP.aspx
Let me know what I can do to help. I’d love to add Cocoa’s story to my little doxie’s blog site for additional exposure and perhaps add the chip in link if you decided to create it. I think the aspect of quick donations speeds things up with people being so generous as well.
Thanks for hearing me out and look forward to helping you further!
